Now you just gotta try them on your interconnects and digital cable (if you're running a seperate DAC). The Bybees are indeed for real. ..
how much do the speaker wire Bybees cost? the only place i'm aware of that sells them is Bolder, but those run $350. i guess if i'm by-wiring than it would be $700...
I've ordered a pair of the plug 'n play. One advantage of these is not having to pay for a bybee for each driver, just one per speaker. I'll take 85-90% at a bit more than 1/3 the cost, thank you very much!Beez
Just to inform, Jack Bybee himself told me that thru his experimentation, he found that the best results from his Bybee`s were obtained by having 2 purifiers in series on the + wire, hense the Ultra edition of his speaker filters verses his old standard model. I have tried both the Ultra speaker filters and the standard model on my mains and I have found his statements to me to be a fact. Regards, Robin

BUT on some recordings, subtle musical elements already in the rear of the stage get pushed too far back for my liking, Its almost like along with the noise, the extra Bybee takes a wee bit of the music with it. It gives the illusion of taking only a selective part of the music, in that the highs are not rolled off or the mids more subdued, just cetain elements get pushed further back. That is just my experience, your mileage may vary...
I believe this is just the extra Bybees emphasizing what each is already taking away from the music. So far I have found this with all of your products with Bybees that I have heard so far. I do agree that the soundstage and imaging are very nicely improved thanks to the Bybees.
