I have two.  They aren't the original though, they're just copies as far as I know. Why do you ask?

Those who have it, in which areas you think it could do better ?.

This is SOM or one of SOM's hired lackeys, right?  It has to be.  I am really glad there are administrators this time.

I liked the LeAmps.  But I did think they were a little too sterile.  (I used them with a pair of nOrh 9).  But I like warmer sounds.

I agree!!!  That's what I've been saying since he came on board.  I have no problem with people bringing up legitimate issues, but this retard is painfully obvious.  He says he's Jonsy, but I think he's the same guy as that asshole SOM.  It's a total joke the way he tries to pose his questions as if they are innocent.   Do a search on all of his posts, it's good for a laugh.  I don't mind a good arguement with legitimate people, but this guy couldn't be more fake.

Admittedly, his posts are good for a giggle...

What happened here anyway ?, how did you come to a situation where so many of you are so touchy about so many things ?. If you don't like my questions, just don't answer them. Just Keep the thread empty.

Btw, I do appreciate those who took the time to *relevantly* answer this thread.

Jones,

Did you have something in mind other than finding out if anyone else has the original Le Amp?

Jones,

Jay S, yes, actually I DID have something in mind when asking this question. I might have to ask nOrh to send the Le Amp 2 with the faceplates detached from the rest of the amp, due to some customs tax limitations in my country, and since nOrh can ship the Le Amp 2 any day now, I wasn't sure there is going to be time to ask people who actually own the Le Amp 2 this question (about detaching capabilities of the faceplate) . So I decided to ask this question regarding the original Le Amp, using the assumption that the build will be similar, more or less. But first, I wanted to make sure if someone even have it here.

This question became non-relevant once I got a direct answer from Mbarnes about it.

Anyway, because I saw some people already replied that they have it, I thought I'll use this opportunity to get some direct comments about their experience with it, and how they think things should improve. Instead of just letting this thread die after people took the time to answer it.

For the record, posts by jones rush appear to originate a long way away from Thailand.

Well, the distance between Israel and Thailand is quite far...

Ahh, well I guess it's just the "flavor" of SOM then!  You know: holes in logic, loaded questions -- that kinda thing.

Carry on!

"Loaded questions" ?, that's a subjective interpretation, not the author's intent.

"Holes in logic" ?,  I'll be happy to fill you in on anything you haven't grasped at the first time that I've written it. Ask your question, and I'll be happy to answer it for you. How couldn't I be, just look how nicely you raise your hand, or is it the finger you're giving us... :nono:

Anyway, as some of you already mentioned, this forum is moderated. Maybe the moderator is S.O.M  (Sign Of Molester?) too ?. why isn't he deleting all of my posts ?. Maybe some of you are just too paranoid and afraid, and have lost touch with reality a long, long time ago. Yep, that might explain things...

It's simply a shame of what happened to the nOrh community. Once it was a large and opened minded group of people, who were sure and content about their products. Today it seem to become a community of paranoid outcasts, who hide here, at AudioCircle.com, waiting for the next victim to arrive, in order to get their share of weekly blood supply.

nathanm

I've lost touch with reality, please help!

You've got that right Jones!  In fact, my amps are dipped in the blood of Norh detractors who I've had killed via hired goons.  I take amplification very seriously you see, even if it means murder of innocents. Just don't tell anyone I have done this, let's keep it between you and me.  Thanks!

I apologize for thinking you were SOMone else, but not asking your question outright in the first post had the appearance of trolling.   Which question did you want answered?  A list of who owns original Leamps, what we feel are flaws in the design, or did you want to ask Barnes about the faceplate shipping issue?  Confusing.  In any case, my apologies Mr. Rush for misinterpreting your benign intents.

Well, that's an avatar, otherwise known as a Funny Little Picture to the graduates of Josephonian University. And yes, obviously he is illustrated giving The Finger. Technically speaking it is pointed out of frame, but some people may feel it is pointed at them.  Sometimes they are right.

Let me clear this.
At first, I only intended to ask about the faceplates (but first I wanted to make sure someone have the amp). I also sent email to M.barnes.
After M.Barnes replied so quickly, the question here bacame non relevant, so I came here to delete it. Once I discovered people already answered my question, I decided to try and get something out of it. It wasn't planned at all.
