Looking at the STR-DG800. $270(ish) but it can't power 4ohm loads.
What Recievers do you recommend that can run 4ohm loads.
If that cost difference is like $400, what would you recommend for a decent 2 channel amp?

I've sony str da777es that can drive 4 ohm speakers. It has a 4 ohm switch at the back. Wonderful, wonderful receiver. Look around and you might find one in your price range.

I believe the Marantz SR4021 will also drive 4 ohms (80 watts per channel). $399.
