is the dd10 and the dd series reliable
i know there are problems with the spl   r    series

I have had a DD-10 for a couple of years now. Its a fine sub if your room is on the small
side. I have had no problems with mine. Velodyne has great support so you should have
no worries.

Yes, but I would also check out the new offerings from JL Audio.  They are supposedly superior to the DD series.
