I'm looking to replace the coils in my class T amp, but have been undecided as what to use.

But then, I noticed you stated the signiture 30 uses: 'Hand-wound toroid output filter inductors (favored over air-core inductors for better bass definition, speed, dynamics, and lower noise)', and considering the stunning review you got on 6moons, I'll follow your route .

What model are they? Ferrite cores I presume?

I use hand-wound toroids that are custom made locally for me. 

I moved your post over to the Lab because you might get some good DIY suggestions over here.  You might also want to post on www.diyaudio.com (Class D forum).
