get a pic on your computer.
go to gallery from the top menu row.  click upload a pic and enter the file of the pic.  this should give you a gallery with pics hosted by AC.

Then start a reply and click the picture icon above the smilieys. Go to the properties of the pic on AC and copy its location between the img /img brackets created from clicking the pic icon.

Does this make sence?

So along the back wall (which is this), does it open up to left or right?

looks like it is on the long wall, at one end.

looks like you have the room for a bigger sub as long as you lose the ladder.

Have you checked out the links I and others recommended?  They have 30 day return polcies...how can you go wrong?

Any FR measurements taken yet?

Probably have a good 4 sq ft in that corner eh..............it's enough room!

Only thing is your probably going to lose a lot of LF into the dinning room.

I'm looking very hard at the back right corner, this could be another option for placement?

You're right though, it's very congested in there!

Dont need the LF in the dinning room -JUst the livingroom ~
I still have not hade a chance to run any test tones
I did play with the XO Feq
I set the sub to 150 & set the denon to 80 and the speakers to small & there was an improvement
I also tried the speakers to large and the XO on the sub at about 60 ,but seams like more lows with it set first way
I also can have the Denon fun LFE only Or LFE and main

Is there enough LF now, or do you want more?

I want MORE & trying  to opmitize this sub untill I get funds for a new one
I just checked my sub is 10" wide & I could go almost 15 " wide & would not have to move the wifes Dcore (ladder to no~place)
More pix with room restored with grils on & daughters toys YIKES I need a larger home.

This may not be very helpful, but in  room like that, I'd get some Ikea stands for my speaker (You can see them under my name in the picture) and push everything against the walls.  When you want to listen to music pull them out 3 feet toward the black soffa and listen in the near field.  That's what I do with a narrow room.  It's just one option.

Oh, your dog brings back such ahppy memories of the goldens i owned when i lived in the states.  Now, in Copnehagen, i have not that much room and I have a little dansk-svensk gaardhund named Rene.

How did you get the pictures to download.

The reason I keep stressing that back corner is because low frequencies are augmented by boundary proximity, and then begins to escalate into a series of dips (which you may be sitting in now) and peaks.
Seeing how there is a boundary in that corner this may augment the bass in the way you want it to.  If you have enough Leeds, why not, doesn't hurt to try, I would imagine you're desperate enough to try anything now?
