Ani DiFranco- Up, up, up, up, up (Righteous Babe). She composes her own songs, owns her own studio, label, produces herself and chooses her own bandmates. She's an original and the sound is her studio and production live.

Jane Siberry- Maria (Reprise). 'Would You Go' from this a testament to her individuality and sublime musicality. Not that it makes sense, rather because of the instrumental use of her voice. Her accompanying musicians are superb on the whole thing.
