Glen, Nick,
To do this needs a database, I have one ready (courtesy of Ben), and to make it really flexible for me as well I need all customer details so I can tell at a glance. Perhaps scanning all the customer sheets would be the go?
I've asked Sri to start on the data entry and she seems quite happy with the idea! (it's a big task, there's a whole drawer of a filing cabinet, could take a two or three weeks).
Nick, the demographic is interesting. Almost without exception, the AKSA has attracted well educated people (most with degrees), 25 years upwards - eldest would be 79 now - and people who are technically astute and experienced for the most part. I can't be sure, but I'm fairly confident all enjoy good, well paid employment, and have an understanding of what it takes to develop a product. It is very rare that my responses are met with uncomprehending reactions; most know exactly what I'm on about.
In any event, this request does come at a difficult time, because the end of the FY is almost upon us, but I think I'd do it without the map, Glen.
Cheers,
Hugh
