I was on the verge of purchasing this cool new integrated, but I see that unfortunately it has absolutely no extra pre-amp outs to use for a subwoofer connection.
I imagine I could use an RCA splitter from the single set of pre-outs, and sending one pair of line-level RCA's to the subwoofer, and one pair back to the power-amp ins. Or else, I could try to attach two sets of speaker cables to the 5-way posts, with one pair running to the high-in inputs of a subwoofer and the other pair to the main speakers.
I understand there are advantages and disadvantages to the various methods, but I just don't know what would be the best way to do so with this new Bryston integrated.
I would be especially interested to please hear what James Tanner will advise in this situation.
Please help? Thanks in advance...
