Will the U70 drive four speakers?

Can you tell me the impedance and sensitivity of your speakers and perhaps a description of the wiring hookup?  I suspect the U70 will work just fine if you use the 4 ohm speaker taps.

The Ultimate 70 should work just fine with the speakers and wiring arrangement you describe.
