Is it possible to make the baffles with 80 degrees angle instead of 90 degrees? The reason is I want to make the sub a little lower.

There is a W frame version that you can build that will shorten in down a few inches. I can email you the plans for that one if you like.

Yes I know about the W frame. The question was if I can make the upper and lower baffle with 80 degrees instead og 90 degrees, so the subwoofer itself becomes lower.

Ah, sure, you can change that angle to 80 degrees. No problem.
