I know it's ridiculously obvious, but just to be 100% sure - be very careful touching and especially breathing fiberglass (the raw pink fibers).  It's some pretty nasty stuff. A pair of gloves and a face mask are strongly advised when working with it.

Yes I am aware of it... I will probably just buy some poly fill...  they sell it in 50g bags but not sure that is enough for one speaker...  I don't want to buy too much and get stuck with it then have to toss it

I am about to apply no-rez on some ottica's what is the best tool to cut it for nice looking edges?  Can it be sanded on the edges to Get a perfect look?  I am thinking of the curves.

It cuts super clean on a table saw.
