Use a tripod shaped bar stool, cut the legs to whatever height you need

Build your own with plywood base, smaller top plate and 2 x 4 or 2 x 6s. I did this years ago and it's easy.

If looks aren't important, stack cinder blocks.  As rigid / solid as it gets.
