If it's only happening with the Jolida, I'd guess that it's not liking the huge loss in power when the A/C or fridge kicks on. It's probably not outputting enough of a signal for the Panny to pick up at that point. But when the power stabalizes after the A/C or fridge is on, then the Jolida has enough power to work with to output a constant signal.
Try running the Jolida on another circuit, even if you have to run an extension cord to some other part of the house to run the test.
