You should understand that it's not a two way interaction.  The box will be an equal player in the equation. 
What you are asking is something like 2+ (8/x)= Y   It can't be solved without another variable being known.

You would need to copy a current design by Salk. The only one I know is the HT1 -TL or HT2-TL . The 2nd option would need a second woofer. You can message me if you have any questions and if I can’t answer them I will call Jim.

The Veracity HT2C uses the exact same drivers as the HT2-TL in a smaller sealed cabinet. I use the HT2C as the center channel speaker with two HT2-TL speakers in my home theater. I consider the HT2C the perfect center channel speaker because dialog is always clear and easy to understand without any extra male voice chestiness. The speaker rolls off at 45 Hz but that doesn't matter in a home theater because surround processors begin rolling off low frequencies at 80 Hz sending bass to a sub. I use the 450w Van Alstine Vision SET 400 amp for the HT2-TL speakers and a rare AVA Insight 240/3 3-channel amp that has 125w/channel for the HT2C. A regular, affordable home theater receiver wouldn't have the power to drive the three front Salk speakers to acceptable home theater volume levels.

That cabinet may be a bit too narrow.  The frame of the W18 will extend almost to the edge of the cabinet, so no round-over will be possible and you will be close to screwing the driver into the side walls.  Normally, a cabinet for the W18 will be 9" wide.

Also, you do not mention the port tuning frequency or port diameter.  So there is no way to determine if the cabinet is the right size for the W18 and whether the port is tuned correctly.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I may looking above my pay grade for a build and will let this go. Since the tweeter is no longer OEM are there any recommendations for using it in the future particularly crossing it higher with high roll off (example: approx 2600hz 4th order)?

As long as you use a 4th order cross, you can use it from about 2kHz on up.  It will depend on what you are mating it with.  If you are using an accurate midrange that is flat beyond 2kHz, feel free to use a higher crossover frequency.
