Well as the title indicates. I would like to know what i should do, i can buy a Tact 20. with the AD converter for around 1600$...or i can spend it on traps.

Damn that was fast!

I would have said go with some Real Traps or DIY versions then after having treated the room properly, use the TACT unit to tidy up what problems still persist.

Ditto.

I would have recommended measuring the room to see where you have issues and then see if they can be corrected with room treatments.

I guess you will be using your AA as a transport and just run digital out to the TACT? It may work out because the DAC in the Tact might be better then the AA

Lol, well i am a quicky lover

Anyways, it was a no brainer. The retail is well over 4k with all the stuff. I got it from the factory with a 2 year warranty with the preamp and the DA and AD converter for 1600$ incl. shipping

Ill run the digital out from the AA to the Tact and then use it as a premap into the Krell

Muhaahha.....i will soon :-)

the good thing is that this eliminates my 220V to 110V converter and eats less power. Which is good, then the converters and the Krell are killing me ;-)
