Triple sub wiring diagram
« on: 22 Feb 2022, 03:44 am »
I was just starting on my subs (minus the amp) when I realized that I never got instructions since it did not come as a proper kit without the amp.

Can anyone PM the plans? I assume the wiring for the drivers is the BB obvious, but the neutrik wire mapping is non-obvious

Driver coild are wired in parallel
Servo coils are wired in series

For the neutrik connectors it doesn't matter so long as they're all the same way.

Both ends of the neutrik connectors should have small letters/numbers/symbols on them you can use to identify the connection. The female end should also have a similar symbols on it to identify the connection.

For example, If a connector has A+ A- B+ B-
then "A" will be your driver connections
And "B" will be the servo connections.
Then once you get the amps, you will do the same for the male end of the connectors.

Then follow that same pattern for all connectors so that all amps are interchangeable with all sets of woofers.

I just checked the connectors we have on hand they have 1+/- & 2+/-

So I would use 1 for the driver connections and 2 for the servo connections.
