New to using my BDP1 to stream Tidal.  I have noticed that songs over 7min in length just stop and jump to the next song.  Under Services, memory shows over 96%.  Is this the cause of the issue?  I’ve seen posts that refer to clearing the cache, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that.  The one button I found wants me to log in with a user name and password??
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks James, do you suspect this should resolve the issue? I have had my BDP1 since Aug 2012 and have never cleared the cache.  For some reason i thought turning the unit off would have done this.
