Hi Al

Yes the demo system is the BDP-2 with BDA3 into the BP26 then out to new 7B Cubed amps and driving Mini T's - all plugged into a BIT 20

Perhaps this is always the angle of the photos I've seen thus far but the left/right side sculpting/scalloping of the center elevated cube/square piece never seems to line up properly to the main panel sculpting/scalloping.

Rod - I see what you're referring to, but I think it only appears that way since the center panel protrudes a bit from the rest of the faceplate by design. Gives it a more 3D appearance.

Vegas CES Show 2016

James - your room sounded great. - Transparent is the way I would describe it

The Cube amps are awesome and so is the BDA-3.

You guys have been busy! The new phono and DC PSU are also very nice!

Great job!

That's good to know as something like that would bother me so much it would prevent me from purchasing.

So what's up next in the pipeline James? I know you had mentioned not to long ago about looking into getting the SP3 to accept above 44.1/16 via the USB. Is that still being looked into? I assume it would never accept DSD?? That would probably be a more substantial hardware upgrade and I suspect not worth it and would be something that would make more sense in the next platform when I suspect Atmos, dts:X and possibly Auro may make an appearance in a limited 16 channel or less configuration.

Something just occurred to me about Atmos, Auro and dts:X, does anyone know if these, particularly the ceilng channels can be properly setup without room EQ? I don't think I've come across anyone running such a setup that didn't have some form of EQ. If that is the case these would be non starters for Bryston.

I'd guess not based on this - http://blog.dolby.com/2015/02/upgrade-home-theater-system-dolby-atmos/

and other things I've seen or heard about, although, of course, I have not seen or heard everything.

Hi Rod

Yes the new USB for the SP3 will be able to do 192/24 and I believe with some small hardware changes DSD.
