I had a problem with one of my Flavor 4 pc's (I somehow managed to pull off the Wattgate plug) so I e-mailed Chris.

Almost immediately, he responded back and told me to send it in and he would look at it (in fact, I asked him to look at my other Flavor 4 as well just to be safe).

As soon as they arrived in WI, Chris looked at them and determined that there was an issue with the screws coming loose on the plug.  Chris not only addressed this issue, but he reterminated all connections on both power cords and upgraded the cosmetics (new heatshrink, labels, etc...).  Basically I have two almost new pc's now.

He turned things around in less than a day and kept me in the loop the whole time.  That's the way ALL vendors should support their customers!!  :thumb:

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Mr. VenHaus. Topnotch affordable products plus 1st rate customer service. I give him 5 out of 5 tuning forks!  :D

I recently ordered some wire from CVH.  Super fast shipping and darn good product.  Can't argue with that.  

FWIW, I have also gotten really great service from Wayne and Bolder cables.  I think we have a great presence of wonderful vendors here on our site that offer great products and great value.

Sounds exactly like the type of service I've gotten from Wayne at Bolder Cables.

And while I've not dealt with VH Audio yet, it's good to know that the service should be excellent if I ever find a need to order something from Chris.

Chris @ VH Audio is definately one of the best web based retailers out there. I have purchased various items from him since he opened up.

Recently received 60ft of raw cryo Pulsar wire to make new digital & analog cables for my HT system. Zybar's reviews & comments are to blame  :lol:

I've done quite a bit of business with Chris VenHaus and w/o a doubt is one of the nicest guys in the audio industry to deal with. Chris is right up there on my short list of my best liked manufacturers as is Robert Schult of Ridge Street Audio Designs and Wayne Waananen of Bolder Cables. :thumb:  I have all 4 of Chris's PC "flavor's" in my system and truely love their attributes (and their price). I recently added a Pulsar digital cable after hearing George's (Zybar) and am becoming quite taken back by it's clarity. Especially now that I've thrown a Bybee Slipstream inline from Cryotweaks on it. :o  And the beat goes on,,,, Regards, Robin

Can't beat Chris or his products.  I sent my digital cable to Chris for the cryo treatment after George's raves, expect it back Monday and hope to get some listening in next week.
