I had a problem with one of my Flavor 4 pc's (I somehow managed to pull off the Wattgate plug) so I e-mailed Chris.
Almost immediately, he responded back and told me to send it in and he would look at it (in fact, I asked him to look at my other Flavor 4 as well just to be safe).
As soon as they arrived in WI, Chris looked at them and determined that there was an issue with the screws coming loose on the plug. Chris not only addressed this issue, but he reterminated all connections on both power cords and upgraded the cosmetics (new heatshrink, labels, etc...). Basically I have two almost new pc's now.
He turned things around in less than a day and kept me in the loop the whole time. That's the way ALL vendors should support their customers!!
