Thanks for the compliment. It has a separate power supply to keep the noise floor low, see below pics:

Apologies for the blurry pic. I can literally run 4 volts and 5 volts rectifier tubes together, or I can simply run one rectifier either the 4 volts or 5 volts one. My favourite is GEC U52 brown base

Yes, the U52 sounds organic!

Unless I am completely wrong,
the big transformer is for the high plate voltage,
the small one (No cover) look like a choke
and the other one (Low profile)
is probably for the filaments/heaters 4-5 Volts.
If all my guesses are right, what do I win?
All those amplifier behind, are those spares/back-up?
My God, you have enough stuff to open an audio store.

Really nice stuff, did you make all those yourself?
What all those amplifiers drive, make and model of speakers, please?
Do you want to share any details on the other amplifiers.

A 45 already is a rare amp, let alone a parallel 45.

Guy 13 got it right (well, almost) with regards to the transformers. The small transformer without cover is actually the filament transformer for the 4V and 5V tube rectifiers made by a bloke here in Sydney, Australia. All quality materials without recycled copper/iron. The medium transformer with a cover is actually the first choke, the second choke is not visible as it's located under the top plate. There's also another filament transformer located inside the chassis, it's specifically used for the driver tubes. And the biggest one is the plate transformers for both driver and output tubes. Guy 13, if you had guessed right, I guess I would buy you a drink or two while listening to your system when I go to Vietnam?

The five amplifiers behind the SET parallel 45 are a legion of Leak Stereo 20, a British classic, running a GZ34 rectifier, three 12AX7 driver and phase splitter tubes, and four EL84 tubes (my favourite pentode tube EVER!). And the last amps are RCA Theatre monoblocks. I have a few different speakers but mostly I like single drivers the most. I have run the amps with my most favourite single driver speaker, a pair of Goodmans Axiom 80 in BLH box. Non single driver speakers that I like and have run the amps with were Tannoy Monitor Golds 15 inch, Tannoy HPD 385, Tannoy Red 15 inch, Goodmans Axiom 300, Goodmans Triaxiom and other vintage Goodmans drivers. For augmenting the bass, I have a pair of Altec 515 alnico, they sound great with the RCA Theatre monoblocks. Yes, as you can see I am a big fan of Goodmans, Altecs and Tannoys. There is something magical about alnico magnets and vintage drivers, they just suit my ears better, YMMV

Oh, one of the few modern speakers I like is Omega Super 6 Alnico XRS. Very musical, fast, tonally right and great imaging too, very fun speaker to listen to. Pity they are not around anymore

Living in Australia has its disadvantage too, for example, shipping usually cost a bomb as we are quite isolated from the rest of the world. I can't justify buying heavy audio gear from the US (the biggest hifi market in the world) as the cost of shipping, custom and duty can be really high. So yeah, enjoy the sun in Vietnam Guy 13, I hear the food is good there and the girls are hot too!

Here are the output transformers I use on my 200WPC SET amps. This picture is before they were strapped and potted - that's an ECC83 tube for size reference. The OPTs weigh 62lbs each. The double C core is amorphous Metglas, interwinding insulation is virgin teflon. Monolith Magnetics made these up for me. They sound excellent, just don't drop them on your toe!

They use the thicker alu in the tube audio bussiness(3mm).
But I giveup order from them, too expensive, the site price calc inform around $300 just for two top plates.
Its so expensive I suspect may be some thing wrong.

How much they charged for the chassis to you??

$372 for the two complete chassis, 22"x18"x4.25", with brush finish.
