Hello all,
I have been looking to replace my Bryston SP 1.7 preamplifier processor with a two channel preamp. Currently, I only use the SP 1.7 in two channel bypass mode which is why I was looking for a dedicated two channel preamp. I have been looking at the BP 26. With the XLR inputs and outputs, it looks like the best deal for me. My question is whether I will hear a noticeable difference with the BP 26 over my existing preamp? Are the internal analog components the same or different/upgraded? Compared with the other Bryston preamps, is this the best sounding of the three? Thank you in advance for your replies, Pete
