Oh come on, that mucous is translucent but definitely not transparent!  Ahh! We're being fleeced! :wink:

But hey, whatever Transparent is charging for that is a bargain - imagine if all that yellow stuff was C37 laquer! :P

Why do people want such damn bulky cables anyway with big clunky boxes in the middle etc.?  They're a logistic pain in the ass!  Whoever it is that runs those ads with the female hand model and the skinny wires - that's more like it.

Yeah, that picture was on the swedish forum too.  The picture I linked to, showing the cap/resistor filter network, is what is under that yellow gunk.
