I have read that diffuser needs space for them to diffuse the sound. So diffuser are not good for rear wall that is right against the listening sofa.
what if i install the diffuser above my head on the rear wall so that the diffused sound gets in the center of the room?
I usually pause it, go do something for 5 min and then it should be good without it trying to catch up.
I meant to address this yesterday. Is this a problem only with videos you stream from RealTraps? We have a dedicated server that is very fast, and I've never seen videos on our site stream slowly. But if some people are having a problem, I need to know that.

Videos were great here on a rather slow 4mbps down connection from the Middle East!
I am reconsidering diffusion on the back wall - 13 feet behind listening position and starting about 7 feet up on the wall.
Does anyone have any word on qrd diffuser on first refection point?
When I tried that I thought the sound was noticeable worse than with absorption. Some people say they like diffusion at reflection points, so all I can say is it didn't work for me. Maybe in a very large room it would be okay.--Ethan

Does anyone have any word on qrd diffuser on first refection point?I have a 12x20 feet size room but i only use only haft of it. The listening position is not symmetrical and the speakers are on the long wall. I want to make things sound a little more open and with the felling of a bigger room. Would qrd diffuser work on first reflection point? They would have enough distance to the listening spot but how far should they be from the speakers?Any help would be appreciated.
