I heard it from the video makers.
There is this video where the video makers says this, "This vid was a collaboration with Conscious Minds. Peter Cote shot it and I directed, edited and
did the FX."
They also show a test shot they made, and he says, "The main problem was I made it too clean. For the finished piece I worked on making the records bang around before they settled.".
