Looks like we might back our way into the series :thumb:   Not sure we've got the pitching to go the distance but....we'll see. Who knows, maybe it will be 12 in 12. At least we're still playing ball in October :green:

Clearly you're not a Cardinals fan, and therefore no longer welcome at GAS events.

I am somewhat neutral on the Redbirds, but I damned sure hate the Yankees, and don't think much of the BoSox, either.  Damned choke artists! :cuss:  Will that make me welcome acceptable again?  Remember, I always bring a whole pie from SLICE OF PIE in Rolla.

If I can't play in the GAS sandbox anymore I'll save the money from the pies and all the components ScottF. convinces me to buy and blow it all on expensive Nikon lenses.

And I won't even bring up BISL.............. :duh:

I did mention I wanted the Cards in the WS, didn't I?  I grew up in Balmer and could no more give up Brooks and Frank Robinson and the Orioles than you could forget Bob Gibson, Stan the Man, and the great Redbird teams of the 60s.   :nono:

I was 15 years old and lived miles from Memorial Stadium.  When they swept the Dodgers in '66 I could hear the roaring crowd at my home.

Did I mention that I think the Cubs are clowns?   :duh:
