Good run production tonight. It's 8-1 heading into the bottom of the 8th :thumb: Wainwright had a great outing and lasted through the 7th.

If all holds, we just need to win one of the next three and we get to play Detroit (YEA, NO YANKEES!) next Wednesday.

I hope we can win this one at home :thumb:

12 in 12!!!

They murdalized the creeps on Thursday, one more win and it's World Series time, GASsers! Red October culminating in back to back Series wins is almost a reality once again, twice in two years (I hope I didn't just jinx it...)! Love my Cards, they really do deserve it again this year! This team has all the heart of a championship outfit. :thumb:

Not from the NLCS, but from the NLDS when we beat the Nationals 12-4.  :thumb:

Tough loss Friday night, we gotta get some tallies to pick up the pitching, as the John Wayne Of Baseball Broadcasting would undoubtedly intone. Sunday's Destiny Day for the Redbirds. :thumb:

Last chance, do or die, Game 7! I predicted it, let's hope I got the winner right. GO CARDS!!! 12 in '12!!! Hopefully this isn't Mike Shannon's last season as Cardinals' radio anchor. His humor (unwittingly, of course) makes the local radio broadcast so excellent. I much prefer to listen than watch. :thumb:

The Giants have never won a game 7.

The Cards hold the MLB record for game 7 wins, at 11 out of 15 played.

It feels good to be a Cards fan.

Yeah, last night sucked.  And I agree about the radio announcer, as I was listening in the car.

GO CARDS!

Next year?  Cards and (my) Orioles in the Series!!   :thumb:

Anybody see where the Yankees aren't calling A-Rod a "superstar" anymore?

A-Rod was never a superstar to begin with. Just another way over paid baseball player from NY.
