Mpad data base question version 1.7.1

For some reason the Mpad data does not see the last 10 or so Cd's that I have ripped.
In Max2 I have no problems what so ever.  :thumb:
All of the Cd's , Album art are present on my drive.

With the Mpad is there an Update as well ??? for it to see the new Music that has been Ripped
Or is there a procedure that I'm missing

Thanks Robert

In earlier versions of Mpad, in order for newly added albums to show up you had to do a manual update.  That has been changed to automatic and I have not found a way to manually initiate the update.  I had a similar problem but it was not with newly added albums.  I have eight Diana Krall albums on the system but Mpad was showing only one.  All eight were in MAX2 and were on the drive when I checked it.  I tried many things such as rebooting the BDP-1, rebooting iPad, removing the drive from the BDP-1, etc.  I'm not sure what fixed it but they are now all there.  I think the manual update capability should be put back in Mpad.

I think manual update is still there if you go into 'whats playing' and at the top hit the round circle next to the gear and wait a bit - then click the BDP-1 you are connected to and then the screen comes up like it did in previous versions.

I think manual update is still there if you go into 'whats playing' and at the top hit the round circle next to the gear and wait a bit - then click the network you are connected to and then the screen comes up like it did in previous versions.  Then you can hit 'refresh local cache"

When I hit the "gear" I only see the option to turn auto refresh cache on or off.  However, checking that out again I did some more looking and I found that if you click on the button to the right of the gear (looks like a target) it brings up a list of players and if you click on "advanced" in the BDP block it brings up the screen that provides the capability to refresh local cache and update database.  The "Refresh local cache" should fix the problem.
