power needed for nOrh 4.0 ceramic

I have low powered amp, Sansui integrated AU-217
Am considering purchase of nOrh 4.0, but wonder
if I have enough power. I've read that they do best
with a lot of power??

They will do fine with the AU-217 unless you have a really large room or like to listen VERY loud.

i've run my 4.0s with the little 9 watt pc nOrh se9 and it was ample for my bedroom.
I've also used more powerful amps with them and they will play loud. You probably have plenty enough power for them.

thanks for the responses - I should just go ahead and order them
you can quickly drive yourself crazy poking around reviews
on the internet for best inexpensive speakers now I'm
considering Ascend Acoustics CBM-170 or EPOS els-3
