I priced The Wlre set, too. Damned expensive but I might still buy it. Andre Braugher had a mini-series, too, that lasted one season. I think it was called Thief. That's another one I'd like to have.
Speaking of the universe my vote for best show, hands down, is "The Big Band Theory."A brillant show with over the top writing.
The debut of "Newsroom" was excellent - pretty ballsy / clever move to use real events still fresh in our minds, and where the audience is likely to know more about how the story will progress than the protagonists. Hopefully it can maintain this level.
