Check out the photo of my 2ch system and you'll find a pair of VR5 Anniversaries...that's why I'm here.  Regarding the custom Rega base, it was made by the Amish cabinet maker that built the cabinets for our house and painted by a local luthier.  The base sits upon Pangea sorbothane footers that in turn sit atop hockey pucks.  The Rega table feet rest on an internal granite slab that sits on a 1/4" neoprene sheet.  The whole thing weighs about 60 lbs.

Well that's the rub Jack.  The multi-pin connector that connects the TT to the PS/speed controller is messed up and won't stay attached.  I need to get that fixed before I can evaluate.  There's no doubt however that the TT is much better isolated now.
