The Absence is scheduled for release on May 29.  I wonder if this is really the album cover and if the title relates to how long it has been since her last release.

I odered this CD and it just came in. So far, very nice.

For a romantic trip at an ocean-front topical paradise, this CD is a must. It has lots of soundstage width, depth, and air. It is very holographic with some very seductive vocals by Melody.

IMO, will shine with any Diana Krall performance.

One thing that puzzles me about my CD, the last song is just over 18 minutes, and about 14 minutes is just silence.

Maybe mine is now a collector item.

The streamed version on MOG is the same way. I had to open up the MOG app to figure out what was going on.

Listened to this new album a few times...first time, wasn't too impressed...third time thought it was pretty good...last time(couple hours ago) thought "what the hell was she thinkin'?".
Maybe she should have released a "live" album, I like her in a live setting.

Nice art work though, but she shouldn't need to use her body to sell her wares.

I far prefer the last album to this new one.  There are several tracks that are nice, but not to the awesome level of the last one IMO.

The Live in Paris EP with One And Only Thrill is stunning.  Don't know if all copies had it or it was a 'deluxe' thing.

However good she is I just don't get into the styles she has on Abscence.

Good looking woman.  Just the face photo on Worrisome Heart is a beauty.  Even if I agree with you I'm supposing she has enough say in the styling to say "Yay" or "Nay" to what she wants on the cover.
