The
Live in Paris CD is a separate, five-track CD included in the deluxe edition of
My One and Only Thrill. I think it was released later once sales started to climb and there was a demand for more product to sell. I have the original release of
My One and Only Thrill and it is only one CD. I recently heard the
Live in Paris CD and it is quite nice but a little too tame for me.

The Live in Paris EP with One And Only Thrill is stunning. Don't know if all copies had it or it was a 'deluxe' thing.
However good she is I just don't get into the styles she has on Abscence.
Good looking woman. Just the face photo on Worrisome Heart is a beauty. Even if I agree with you I'm supposing she has enough say in the styling to say "Yay" or "Nay" to what she wants on the cover.
