Nice! Those speakers do look good in your room. I meant to ask earlier from the other thread, what were the previous speakers you had in place? I was just guessing that they were some V-series variant of some kind, but maybe not?
Seeing as we are on the subject of amplification, two questions:
I know that the pro-audio coax in the super-v is rated to handle a lot of power, but theoretically is there a limit short of that due to the specifications of the parts in the crossovers? Just wondering how much would theoretically be "too much" where one would start worrying about frying parts? I also think it would probably be pretty cool to take that rig outside with some measuring equipment and active hearing protection and see how much of 700 tube watts the v's can take.

Second, regarding the other half of the super-v. Danny, if I remember right you've said in the past that the servo drivers in OB will hit their excursion limits before their amps run out of power (A370 amp in this case). My question is in running these drivers in this configuration, about how much power will get you to (or just short of) that excursion limit? Put another way, could you get away with the A300 amp, for example (or something even lower power than that?) and still get everything out of the drivers they have to give when running OB?
