Is it ok to have the BP26 placed on top of the MPS-2 or do you recommend more distance between them?

I think you have 1 or 2 db gain with MPS-2 on top of BP26. However after trying a number configuration I preferred the BP26 on a rack by itself isolated from other electronics particularly PSU.

Thanks for your reply. To save space in my rack I had hoped I could place the BP26 upon the MPS-2.

K.H.-i have mine on separate shelves too, but you might try some kind of cones or feet to separate them a bit.

The MPS-2 is well shielded and the only difference we have measured in noise floor isif  the MPS-2 is on top it has about 2dB greater noise floor - at the levels we are discussing though it is probably a mute point.
