Keeping them at right angles is more ideal.

I took the pictures of your board and laid them out in Photoshop, then arranged things to show you what folks are talking about. It's quick and dirty but it should work. The other components can be laid out anyway you want but this is how I would do the coils, as long as they are far enough apart.

Hi voncarlos, Danny and all Audio Circle members.
Thanks for showing me your re-worked arrangement of my Made in Vietnam crossover PCB.
I will apply your re-arrangement/layout on my next PCB, because now it's too much work for me.
However, for the next one, the technician will do whatever arrangement I want.
Thanks again for your help, the next one should be 99.99999% perfect !

The only improvement that I see would be to rotate the bottom right coil 90 degrees to reduce interaction with the upper right coil.  What you want to avoid it interaction of the magnetic field.  Coils have field lobes that extend out of either end of the hole in a lobe pattern, much like an hour glass.  You want to avoid having the field lobes aligned, but if they must overlap, have them overlap at 90 degree angles instead of along the same plane.

Hi Mike,
Could turn all the upright coils to face the middle one.
