To add some enticement, I will bring the MS-2 Music Server prototype to the gathering. This way folks can see it. Might be able to swap out Avoosl's MS-1 for a trial at the end of the listening session.

Vinyl, CD, SACD, DVD-A, Blu-Ray, USB drives supported. File formats are FLAC, WAV, MP3, AIFF and DFF are all playable.

It might take a bit, but 1/4" reel-to-reel is available.

How's that for format support?

Hey Rich, I've got about 40 guys and a rock band on a bus headed past your house Saturday on the way to Tampa Bay (Go Eagles) and I told them it was okay with you if we all stopped in to hear a real hifi system. I promised them if they didn't like your selection of music you had plenty of 220v outlets for the band to hook up and plays some hits from various '70s hair bands. Could you be so kind as to run out and buy a few extra kegs of beer and a side of beef or two. They'll have had about three hours of heavy drinking by the time we get there so that might slow them down a bit, but I'd make sure you don't run out, they get kinda surly when they're thirsty or hungry. Oh, and plenty of toilet paper and a few plungers, all that liqueur on the way down tends to loosen them up a bit if ya know what I mean. Anyway. lookin' forward to 1 o'clock tomorrow, you aren't a Redskins fan I hope.
