This speaker was a tough one to hit my price point... retail had to come in around $1595, and that's a very competitive market, although I think this speaker is very much worth that price. It has some really nice exotic curly cherry and a lacquer finish, all mitered 1" MDF construction, vertical shelf brace, aluminum binding post plate, gold 5 way binding posts, flat frequency response, and great sound.  The crossovers are all poly, mundorf resistors, and air core inductors.  Yours forSOLD shipped in US48 but will ship everywhere else at additional costs.

These have included magnetic grills that are not shown.

Let me know if you have any questions... here's a link to the original webpage for some specifications:

Thanks for looking and hope to do business with you.

That is an insanely good deal. Ridiculously good quality for the money...

Thanks, and  if you know anyone that might be interested... please pass on the word.  I can only have some many speakers taking up inventory space.  While these are wonderful sounding, time to let them go to a good home for a steal of a price.

Hi Jed,

Great looking speakers. What sort of amp power do you recommend with them?

Oh the temptation is great....

Hi there,

I conservatively rate the sensitivity of these in the link, but in an average to smaller listening room 30-150 watts should be plenty for a refined musical experience.  If you are expecting extremely loud speakers go with something that has dual 7" drivers instead.  I had my Ayre AX7E playing them plenty loud and dynamic.  This amp is around 60watts into 8ohms.  The speakers are an easy 8ohm load.

Thanks. I've got an Atma-Sphere S-30 OTL amp currently so need to pay attention to impedances etc...

Wow Jed, that is above and beyond. I'll give you a call next week.
