Having owned several Kuzma products (stogi reference arm, stogi-s arm, stabi-s table) I am a big fan based on performance alone. But when I saw these videos coupla years ago, it really sealed the deal.
Franc makes some seriously well designed and built products that are straightforward, direct, non-finicky and completely free of the hoo-doo woo-doo snake oil and double talk that too often afflicts this hobby. He also provides the best owner and setup manuals I've ever seen.
Kuzma is seriously underappreciated in this country, and therefore undervalued. Fine by me as I get to buy it at used prices that are far below performance level. For example, a stogi tonearm sold just last week on AG for about 500 bux. This arm will stomp all over the typical candidates (Rega and its variants, Origin, Grace, Jelco, SME, etc) at that price point and beyond.
Also, a buddy of mine just bought a used Kuzma "s" setup (table + arm) for half of what he sold his highly regarded setup for, and is enjoying the sound more. Definition of win / win!
