Floating Ground

James,

I am switching over from monitoring (recording studio) to listening (audiophile). I currently have a Forssell monitor controller and DAC (actually a combination DAC and ADC). I would like to start using the BDP-1 in this setup, and possibly the BDA-1.

The technical aspect of my question is related to the Forssell's "floating ground" that is used on the balanced XLR inputs/outputs. Would this be a problem relative to using the Bryston digital products I have mentioned?
