I have 2 of these drivers, 1 is NOS never used, the other is used.  Problem is with both drivers the surround has seperated from the cone.  So if you can use these and you know how to re-glue them make me an offer.  I have the foam mounting rings for both drivers which will be included.  Plus shipping from 30019.  Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,

Are you sure these are 07s?  I've heard of a VIFA P 17WH-08 (8ohms) and a VIFA P 17WH-04 (4ohms) but not an 07.  Is this a 7 ohm driver?  Do you remember what kind of speakers these came from?
