Does x volts balanced sensitivity (i.e. 3.0 Volts in = 250 watts into 8 ohms for the 4b-st) mean +/- x volts on each of the two pins or does it refer to x volts potential difference accross the two pins i.e.+/- x/2 volts on each pin.
