That is strange - MAX works fine in both modes for me

James

Now that James has seen my screen shot,  he can reproduce my issue.
Seems it's only an issue in portrait mode. landscape is fine.
Looking forward to the next update.

I love it when you deal with a company that responds to the customer's issues.  :thumb:

Hi Chris,

Ever since we can read 'updating' in the Max interface, which is indeed very nice, it also reads a number after it. e.g. 'updating 13'. is that the number of updates it has done? I would have eaten my sock if I didn't doubt the counting on the BDP1.

Hi Terry,

Hold the Home button and press the power button for the screenshot U want. Find it in Pictures afterward.

Marius

That's totally awesome, no more need to jailbreak our iPad's and iPhones

Thanks Marius

Hi Marius,

Yes the number represents the number of times the bdp-1's (mpd) database has been updated.  Each time the update command is given that number will increase.  The number is provided when ever the updatedb flag appears so it was super east to add it.  Thought everybody would like the number to help distinguished between updates.

Cheers,
Chris

Marius Once you have added files to Max program :::
This is what I do : Example after ripping

1) I go to BDP settings
2) click on drive information
3) at the bottom of the settings program there is  a Icon : Up date Music Data base

4) That's it  Works for me every Time !

Then you can go to Music llibrary
click on expansion drive and Voila :::: We are in Business

Hi Robert,

Yep, same procedure all the time. This time though I had a whole HDD with 500 Gig reloaded. Apparently that was too much for the updating number.
Which I still am Chris thankful for because now we have visual feedback of the updating process in Max too.

Glad to hear your in business! Liking it? We do!  :thumb:

I was surprised of how well The BDP-1 was actually thought out. The commands the functions.
For me it’s a pleasure & easy to use.  :thumb: :thumb: :D
