Mother-In-Law Shock!
« on: 8 Oct 2011, 09:35 pm »
Wound up getting myself a little project today.

Had a little family gathering this afternoon.
Music provided exclusively via vinyl on the Dual which garnered some rather flattering comments - mostly centred around "How can vinyl sound so good on such an old TT?"  :green:

Amidst this my Mother-in-law remembered she's got a few discs packed away at home and has asked me to try and sort her out a little vinyl spinning rig

That'll teach me eh!  :D

Your a good man....Don Ho and Andy Williams will be her new joy and its all your fault.  The next time your wife drags you over there she will entertain you with her new toys so you can either buy well or quote a price that will turn her away.......you still have an out. LOL :icon_twisted:

Thanks Guys

"quote a price that will turn her away.......you still have an out."

Hmmm! I don't think that was the angle she had in mind  :?

More along the lines of - Turn up with a little set up and I'll do you a nice cup of tea

I've already popped a local search on the 'bay - It's always surprised me what can come your way if you're patient and not overly fussy.
We shall see.
Cheers
Dave

I know!!! I'm just having some fun..my exwife's Mom and my Mom were both deceased when we got married so we didn't have the mother-in-law thing to contend with..just the two completely opposite Dads!!!
 LOL.....hahahahaha...enjoy! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
