What is a fair price for this?

I hope this is OK in this thread.  I first made this sub enclosure for a sub I got from Danny and I know a few guys on this thread...

So I at first made this sealed enclosure for a mfw 15 woofer.  It was too thunderous for me and, if truth be told, I got kind of scared when I saw the hard wood floors rippling to the bass in the room above the sub :o...  So I made it OB and this enclosure is just taking up real estate.  I'm going to sell it locally and was wondering what a fair price would be for this:  20 inch Baltic birch cube with bracing and built as my own version of a constrained layer.  Empty it weighs 60 lbs.  A few coats of clear latex poly on it.  Includes female bananas for an outboard amp.  Not perfect but quite nice.

Nice box!

My guess:  $100-150 for a local guy, as shipping would ruin the deal for anyone not close to you.  GLWS

I sell them for 200 stained and shipping through fedex is usually 38 dollars.

I paid $150 for labor/materials to build a 5 cubic ft. (internal) dual opposed cabinet with Baltic Birch for the MFW-15 drivers. I still had to sand, prime, and paint them. They are basically Danny's plans scaled up for 15" drivers.
