Hi All,

Up for sale are 4 large and 3 small bass traps made from the diy John Risch design.
I purchased them from the builder last Feb. and no longer need them due to a systems change. These things worked great at controlling bass into the lowest frequencies. Asking price is set low due to diy nature and I want to get them out of my room!

Asking $100.00 for the lot.

Located in NJ at zip 08087

Due to the size and bulk I cannot and will not ship!

* PICK-UP ONLY *

Possible delivey for a fee if located within an hour of my home.

Paypal (NO FEES), cash, money order

Thanks for looking,

Chris

Chris, what frequency range are they good at handling? Do you know what sort of attenuation they'll provide?

Sorry playntheblues,  I won't be heading that way any time soon :(

I don't have the ability to perform measurements. According to some info I was able to gather, the large traps should handle frequencies down to the 40-30hz range. The smaller traps I'm not to sure about. I have a lot of corners in my room and the smaller one's were good at breaking up standing frequencies in them.
According to my ears they helped at cleaning up some of the midrange and bass muddle. The sound was clearer and the bass got tighter.
As noted in the ad I have gone through a systems change and my room sounds better without some room treatments.
