My theater room is 15Lx8.5Wx10H. That's pretty small but the ceilings are high. The screen takes most of the front wall. I am running Magnepan MC1s up front with phantom center and MMGWs surrounds in back.
Currently using a ~2003 Hsu Sub VTF1. The room has many bass traps and the bass performance for the room is very good.
I'd like to take it from very good to excellent. I'm thinking the best way is to go to multiple subs.
With the way it's setup now, I have a big null around 45hz. That's one challenge, the other is that ideally the MC1s like to be crossed at 150.
I'm thinking about using the geddes 3 sub system. Thinking of adding two inexpensive 10 inch subs
Also thinking about hoisting these up on the ceiling to keep floor space clean looking.
This sub caught my eye.

Is this a quick inexpensive way to bass nirvana? Or should I go for more spendy subs?
Ideas.
