I have to say, it's unfortunate that the reviewer did not also review the VSA Masterbuilt Signature powercords.  In my system, I first installed the speaker cables and interconnects.  They were as impressive as the reviewer indicates.  However, installing the Masterbuilt powercords made a huge improvement, taking the system to another level.  This is a link to the thread I started with my impressions of the complete set of Masterbuilt cables, including the powercords.

Since the last update to the above thread, I've had several folks listen to my system and hear the difference between my Shunyata CX series powercords and the Masterbuilt powercords.  Everyone has the same comment, "I can't believe how much better the Masterbuilt cables are".
