For sale is my silver Modwright LS100 preamp. Great condition (no cosmetic or operational issues). I purchased directly from Dan in January (this was his CES unit), and it has been used in my main system (smoke free of course) since then. Great pre that I know I will miss, but financial circumstances and upcoming system/room (space issues) cause the sale. I also really like the headphone output on this beauty. Comes with all original shipping carton, remote, manual, etc.
One great thing about this pre is that in my system I can easily hear the difference in various 6SN7 tubes rolled through it; you can taylor the sound to fit your preference. At my price, I'm including a great pair of Black Treasure cv-181z's and a fat base Mullard rectifier (easily $350-400 in tube upgrades). I will take $2060, inclusive of paypal and shipping fees (CONUS only please). If the BT's don't float your boat, or you already have this tube, I have a number of other primo tubes that we can discuss. I will also sell it for $1860 with just the stock tubes.
